Inclusive quality community-based social services improve social inclusion (Russian)

45 Social work specialists hired by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Turkmenistan take active part in piloting a new model of community-based social services, which takes human rights and inclusiveness approach to social service delivery and orientated on individual needs of vulnerable people.
