The Government of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) in Turkmenistan are pleased to present the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (CF) for 2026-2030. This CF was developed as a result of a national consultative process. It ensures consistency between the national development strategies and priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It provides a frame for the alignment of efforts of UNCT in Turkmenistan, the GoT and other development partnersin supporting growth opportunities and helping to address the main development challenges confronting the country and fulfilling international human rights obligations of Turkmenistan.This document outlines how the UNCT will work together with the GoT and other stakeholders, intending to support Turkmenistan in maximising its potential for achieving the SDGs based on the country’s human and natural resources, commitment and the will of its government and development opportunities.
