UN - Turkmenistan Joint Programme on community-based social services reached out the most vulnerable groups and offered the new social services to meet their individual needs and ensure their social inclusion. UN and the Government of Turkmenistan managed to develop and implement a national model of community-based social services to empower the most vulnerable groups of population and ensure their access to basic social services and social protection.
