About the event
- POP-UP Festivals encourage community and family involvement through the engagement of volunteer run events and interactive learning exhibits.
- POP-UP Festival delivers child-friendly content on 17 SDG goals, directly supporting SDGs #3, #4, #17.
- POP-UP Festivals are free, volunteer-directed events held around the globe during the month of November 2019 to commemorate World Children’s Day (Nov 20) and the 30th Anniversary of the signing of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
- POP-UP Festival mobilizes POP-UP partners around the world working in various sectors to collaborate for youth action on the SDGs, supporting SDG #17
